Reimagining Leadership

A LIVE ONLINE masterclass for early career women

You do not lack ambition or confidence.

At the entry level, women are more interested in being promoted than young men.¹

So what happens?

The first five years of a woman’s career are where the biggest decisions about her trajectory get made — often invisibly. It’s where feedback is vague. Where sponsorship doesn’t reach. Where her confidence gets read as “too much.” Where the first promotion to manager goes to her male colleague slightly more often than to her — for every 100 men promoted at that first rung, only 87 women take the same step.¹

The leadership gap doesn’t open at the top of the pipeline. It opens here. And once it opens, it compounds.

The good news: naming these forces is the first thing any of us can do about them. That’s what this session is for.

Reimagining Leadership is a live online session for women in the first five years of their career. This is not a leadership skills workshop. Instead, we start with the picture of leadership you’ve been handed — and what it leaves out.

It’s open globally, with three sessions to choose from so you can join at a time that works wherever you are. Just click on the date to register for that session.

To foster an intimate dialogue and meaningful connection, spaces are intentionally limited. Registration closes Saturday 20 June.

Registration for Reimagining Leadership is €25 — a contribution that helps us keep this work going and the doors open.

If €25 isn’t possible for you right now — whether you’re between roles, on parental leave, or simply not in a position to pay — we want you in the room just as much.

Email team@theleadalliance.com with the session you’d like to attend, and we’ll send you a free registration link. No explanation needed. No application. No questions asked.

Who is this for?

This is for the woman who isn’t sure leadership is for her.

If you’re in the first five years of your career — at university, in your first job, or finding your feet professionally — and you’ve wondered whether leadership is something for someone like you: this two-hour session was built for you.

Wherever you are in the world, whatever you do for work, whatever you imagine your future looks like.

What you’ll leave with

A reimagined picture

Of what leadership can look like — for you, in your work, on your own terms. Real stories from women who chose to lead before anyone gave them permission.

A new lens

For the systemic forces shaping your path and the internal stories keeping you in place — and the language to read both, in your own life.

A global circle of women

A room full of early-career women across the world, all asking the same questions. You’ll leave having spoken one small, brave commitment out loud.

Testimonials

From women who have been in the spaces we create.

I especially appreciated the practical tips and clear pillars for approaching and understanding leadership.

What happens in the two hours

Led by The LEAD Alliance co-founders, you will gain access to expert guidance, meaningful conversations, and interactive exercises tailored to cultivate a leadership mindset.

The current picture

We start with the picture you already have about what leadership is and who it’s for.

A closer look

We move through three perspectives on leadership: possibility (what it could look like for you), systemic (the forces around you), and internal (the stories inside you).

Small groups

You’ll join smaller, intimate group conversations. No fixing, no advice — just listening. You’ll leave with one commitment, spoken out loud.
